The glassware at a launch is in every photograph and in every hand. Disposable cups are fine until you look back at the pictures. Real glass is the part everyone actually touches.
It costs from $1.50 a head for three days, which is very little against what the rest of the evening costs.
How it works around an office
The three day hire is built for a working week. We deliver on the Thursday, you hold the event on the Friday evening, and we collect on the Monday. Nobody has to come in on a weekend and nobody is washing glasses in the office kitchen.
Tell us about the building when you book. Loading dock, lift access, whether there is a security desk that needs a name. Crates of glass are heavy and the delivery goes better when we know in advance.
Invoicing and the paperwork
We invoice properly, with payment terms, rather than asking for the card up front. If you need a quote first to get it approved, we issue that too and then convert it, so the numbers match all the way through.
Ask for an invoice rather than a quote when you enquire and we will set it up that way from the start.
What corporate events usually take
- Launch or drinks: wine glasses and highballs, roughly two per head
- Sit down dinner: red, white and water per setting
- Champagne moment: flutes, or coupes if you want the photographs to be better
- Anything outdoors: more water glasses than you planned for
