Hiring glasses in Artarmon
Artarmon is two suburbs in one as far as we are concerned. East of the railway it is federation houses and back gardens, and the jobs are birthdays, christenings and Christmas lunches. West of it is the industrial area, where the jobs are end of year drinks in a warehouse or a showroom with a trestle table and an esky.
Both work the same way. We drop the crates off, you use them, and they come back to us dirty. For the businesses, we invoice properly, so nobody is putting glasses on a personal card and chasing it through expenses.
Local halls and venues
If you are hiring a room rather than using your own place, these are the ones people around Artarmon use most. Both are Willoughby Council rooms, and council rooms are hired without glassware.
Barry Thompson Community Hall
139 Artarmon Road, a short walk from Artarmon station. Used for meetings, rehearsals, social functions and parties when the Willoughby Leisure Centre classes are not in it. Street parking is limited. Council page

What you can hire
Everything comes in crates, and everything comes back dirty. The range is the same wherever we deliver:
- Wine glasses, red and white, mostly Luigi Bormioli lead free crystal
- Vintage coupes and champagne flutes for toasts and anything with photographs
- Highballs and pilsners for spirits, beer and water
- Trumpet and grappa glasses for the less obvious jobs
- A drink dispenser, ice bucket and cheese board as add-ons

How it works
- Tell us the date and the headcount. We come back with a quote, usually same day.
- We deliver, or you collect. Pickup from Northbridge is free. Delivery is $35 each way because you are inside 10 km of us. Further out it is $40.
- Three days. Friday to Monday covers a Saturday party without anybody rushing.
- Send them back dirty. Do not wash them. That is the whole service.
