Who we are
The Glassery is a small glassware hire business in Northbridge NSW 2063. If you have a question about your information, email [email protected] or call 0494 811 197.
When you enquire or book
The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, email and event details. We use them to check stock, quote, arrange delivery or pickup, and invoice you. They are kept in our Google account, which is where our bookings live. Card payments, if you choose them, are handled by Stripe.
We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
The tools on our guide pages
The glass calculator, the drinks menu maker, the party planner and the email writers work inside your own browser. What you type into them is not sent to us, unless you press a button that sends it, like "Get a quote for these".
Website analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used: which pages people visit, where they click and scroll, and where a page is confusing. It uses cookies, and the information is collected and stored by Microsoft. We have set it to hide anything typed into our forms and tools, so it does not record your name, email, phone number or anything else you type.

Seeing or deleting what we hold
Ask us, and we will tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it, unless we need to keep it for tax records.
