Love a glass? Keep it.

We are a service business at heart, so we honestly do not mind if a glass goes missing or finds a new home on your shelf. There is a small cost to cover it, and that is the whole story:

Love a glass? Keep it, that is fine by us.
Break one or two? Honestly, no fuss.
Just send the crates home when the party is done,
and cover any keeps.

The plain version: any glasses you break, lose or decide to adopt are charged at replacement cost (see below), and we simply ask that the crate comes home (or $175 if you would love to keep that too). It all comes out of your refundable bond, and whatever is left comes straight back to you.

The things people usually ask, answered plainly.

How much does glassware hire cost in Sydney?

Crates are $35 to $50 for a three-day hire, which works out to $1.50 to $3.00 per glass depending on the style. Washing is included in the price, there's no separate cleaning fee.

Do I have to wash the glasses before returning them?

No. Return them dirty. Washing is included in every hire, so you can pack the crates at the end of the night and hand them straight back.

How long is the hire period?

Three days as standard. That gives you a day to set up, the day of your event, and a day to recover before returning them.

Do you deliver across Sydney?

Yes, we deliver Sydney-wide. Delivery is quoted based on your location. Free pickup is also available from Northbridge NSW 2063 on Sydney's Lower North Shore.

What happens if a glass breaks?

Breakages happen at parties and we're relaxed about it. Replacements are charged at $8.95 to $12.00 per glass depending on the style, or $175 for a crate. Love a glass? Keep it, that's fine by us too.

What glassware do you stock?

Luigi Bormioli lead-free crystal in seven styles: vintage coupes, white wine, red wine, highball, pilsner, trumpet flutes and grappa glasses.

How do I book?

Send an enquiry with your date, guest numbers and glass styles. We confirm availability, take a 10% deposit to lock it in, and you either collect from Northbridge or we deliver.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order. Hire a single glass or a full crate, whatever your event needs.

Do you hire for weddings?

Yes. Vintage coupes and trumpet flutes are popular wedding choices, and the three-day hire window suits weekend weddings, collect Friday, return Monday.

What areas of Sydney do you cover?

We deliver Sydney-wide. Free pickup is from Northbridge NSW 2063 on the Lower North Shore, near Cammeray, Willoughby, Naremburn and Castlecrag. Tell us your suburb when you enquire and we'll quote delivery.
