A work party for 40, worked out
Allow two glasses a person, because people put a glass down and pick up a new one. For 40 people that is three crates of wine glasses (75 glasses) and a crate of flutes (36) for the toast. That comes to $255 for three days, with the washing included.
Delivery and collection add $40 each way, so $335 all up, brought to your door. Or pick them up free from Northbridge. Send us the headcount and we will size it for you.
Booking for a company
There is no deposit for companies. We send a quote for you to get approved, you send us your purchase order to hold the date, and we invoice after the event with your PO number on it, payable within 7 days.
For a Friday party we deliver on the Thursday and collect on the Monday. Nobody has to come in on the weekend, and nobody is washing glasses in the office kitchen. Tell us about the loading dock, the lift and any security desk when you book.
What people hire for Christmas
- White wine: the one most parties need, 25 to a crate for $60
- Champagne flutes: for the toast, 36 to a crate for $75
- Highballs: gin and tonics, spritzes and water, 36 to a crate for $75
- Pilsners: if the night is mostly beer, 25 to a crate for $60
- Red wine: big glasses for the long table, 16 to a crate for $50
Single glasses are available too if you only need a few more.
At home or in the street
The same glasses suit the family lunch and the street party. For a Saturday party the usual hire is Friday to Sunday, and if another day suits better, tell us. Pickup from Northbridge is free and has no minimum.
Where we deliver
We deliver within ten kilometres of Northbridge, on both sides of the Harbour: North Sydney, St Leonards, Chatswood, Mosman, Manly, the city, Paddington, Double Bay and Balmain. It is $40 each way on orders of $100 or more.
