You need
- 45ml strawberry puree
- Prosecco to top
- Half a strawberry
Method
- Spoon the puree into the flute.
- Top slowly with prosecco, stir once.
- Strawberry on the rim.
Served in our Luigi Bormioli Palace flute, $3 a glass or $60 for all 25, for three days. Washing included, so send them back dirty.
