The one everyone asks for. Muddle it in the glass and there is nothing to wash but the glass.
You need
- 50ml white rum
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp sugar or simple syrup
- 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves
- Soda water to top
- Ice
Method
- Muddle the mint, lime juice and sugar in the glass.
- Add the rum and fill with ice.
- Top with soda water and stir.
- Garnish with mint and a lime wedge.
