Mix the gin, lemon and syrup before guests arrive, then just top with bubbles.
You need
- 30ml gin
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 10ml simple syrup
- Champagne or prosecco to top
- Lemon twist
Method
- Shake the gin, lemon and syrup with ice.
- Strain into the flute.
- Top with bubbles, add a lemon twist.
