The toast for anyone not drinking, in the same flute as everyone else.
You need
- 20ml elderflower cordial
- 10ml fresh lemon juice
- Sparkling water to top
- Lemon twist
Method
- Pour the cordial and lemon into the flute.
- Top slowly with sparkling water.
- Add a lemon twist.
Served in our classic champagne flute, $75 a crate of 36, for three days. Washing included, so send them back dirty.
