Make it in the drink dispenser the night before. It gets better as it sits.
You need
- 120ml red wine
- 30ml brandy
- 30ml orange juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- Soda water to top
- Chopped orange and apple, ice
Method
- Put the fruit and ice in the glass.
- Add the wine, brandy, juice and syrup.
- Top with soda and stir.
Served in our Luigi Bormioli red wine glass, $50 a crate of 16, for three days. Washing included, so send them back dirty.
