Mexico's favourite tequila drink, and far easier than a margarita for a crowd.
You need
- 50ml tequila
- 120ml grapefruit soda
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- Salt for the rim, if you like
- Ice
- Grapefruit wedge
Method
- Rim the glass with salt.
- Fill with ice.
- Add the tequila, grapefruit soda and lime.
- Stir, and garnish with grapefruit.
