You need
- 50ml fresh lime juice
- 30ml simple syrup
- 10 to 12 fresh mint leaves
- Soda water to top
- Ice
Method
- Muddle the mint, lime and syrup in the glass.
- Add ice and top with soda water.
- Stir gently, garnish with mint and lime.
