The Aperol spritz's lighter, fresher sister. Clap the mint first to wake it up.
You need
- 20ml elderflower liqueur
- 90ml prosecco
- 30ml soda water
- Ice
- Mint and lime
Method
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add the elderflower and prosecco.
- Top with soda, add mint and lime.
