Plenty of ice keeps it cold.
You need
- 50ml gin
- 150ml tonic water
- Ice
- Lemon or lime wedge
- Rosemary sprig, if you like
Method
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add the gin and top with tonic.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with lemon, and rosemary if you have it.
