Once your glasses are booked, the venue needs to know they are coming: when, how many crates, and where they can go. Fill this in and the email writes itself. If you came here from your booking confirmation, your dates are already filled in.
What venues usually ask
- Delivery windows. Many halls are only open for your booked hours, so a drop off the day before may not be possible. If it is not, pickup from Northbridge is free and you can bring them in yourself.
- Where the crates go. Somewhere dry and out of the main room is ideal, like a storeroom or a corner of the kitchen.
- Washing up. You do not need to wash our glasses, so the venue kitchen is not tied up at the end of the night. Scrape, stack them back in the crates, done.
